Candlelight Vocal Toning

Available November through January

When the days grow darker and the world turns inward, this candlelit vocal toning experience offers a warm and steady place to tend what is growing beneath the quiet surface. Through gentle, heart-led human sound, we slow down, listen deeply, and nourish the inner glow that sustains us through the season. This community gathering invites you into an evening of improvised vocal toning accompanied by crystal alchemy singing bowls. Together, we create a soothing sound bath from the inside out, using our own voices as instruments of rest, regulation, and connection. No singing experience is needed.

T'is the season to tend the inner flame

What's improvised vocal toning?

It's a freeform, meditative singing practice designed for the age of personal empowerment. There is no music to learn, no lyrics to memorize, and nothing to perform. All sound arises naturally in the moment. When we pair our voices with intention, vocal toning becomes a powerful way to calm the nervous system, ground the body, and gently rebalance the mind. The practice itself is very simple and surprisingly powerful. Together, we create a space of total acceptance, deep rest, and real-time vibrational support for wherever we are on our journey. The spontaneous group harmonies that emerge often feel like soul-level hugs, complete with goosebumps.

Feeling shy about singing?

It’s totally normal to feel nervous about sharing our voices—and it’s perfectly fine to come to a Tone Circle session and just listen. This is a safe, no-pressure space with only an open invitation. In group harmonic meditation, the magic isn’t in "singing pretty" or getting it right—it’s in simply showing up for ourselves. It starts with listening inwardly, when you're ready, letting yourself be heard. Your voice matters because it’s yours—whether it’s spoken, toned, or quietly felt. But if you're still feeling hesitant, we recommend bringing an emotional support friend!

Welcome to safe space.
