Sacred Resonance is a special monthly singing meditation series hosted by Tone Circle™ founder Briana Blythe in partnership with West Seattle's Inner Alchemy Treasures & Transformation. The experience invites you to explore the healing power of connecting your voice with your heart center and vocalizing in supportive community, no musical experience necessary.
Often described as a sound bath from the inside out, each gathering blends freeform humming and vocal toning with crystal alchemy singing bowls to calm the nervous system, restore inner balance, and awaken authentic expression. The practice is inward-facing and deeply grounding, with space to sing, hum softly, or simply listen.
Here's how we drop the fear.
Sacred centering
We begin by returning to the breath and heart center. Through intention setting and deep listening, we gently release fear, shame, and judgment about using our voices.
Sacred harmony
Guided freeform humming and toning, supported by crystal alchemy singing bowls, creates a shared field of resonance that supports relaxation, coherence, and emotional release.
Sacred witnessing
We close in reflection and connection, sharing experiences in a safe and welcoming space that honors vulnerability and personal transformation through sound.
Sacred support
Each session includes intentional work with crystals selected for their supportive properties for the voice. Participants are invited to infuse these stones with positive vibration during the practice, creating a tangible token of resonance to carry into the month ahead.
As the series unfolds, we explore:
Chakra toning through frequency and vowel sounds.
Overtone singing techniques that unlock the body’s natural harmonics.
Sound clearing to quiet mental noise and dissolve stagnant energy.
Vocal alchemy using spoken and sung words to shape lived experience.
Subtle sound practices for weaving gentle vocalizing into everyday life for calm, ease, and flow.
Sacred Resonance is not about singing beautifully. It is about reclaiming your voice as a tool for self-regulation, connection, creativity, and empowerment. All voices are welcome. All levels of participation are honored.
And you carry it with you everywhere.
Your voice free from fear is a powerful energy tool.
Feeling shy about singing?
It’s normal to feel shy about our voices—and it’s perfectly fine to come to a session and just listen. This is a safe, no-pressure space with only an open invitation. In group harmonic meditation, the magic isn’t in "singing pretty" or getting it right—it’s in simply showing up for ourselves. It starts with listening inwardly, when you're ready, letting yourself be heard. Your voice matters because it’s yours—whether it’s spoken, toned, or quietly felt. But if you're still feeling hesitant, we recommend bringing an emotional support friend!
Welcome to safe space.
